Monk may have to come off the bench but he will give the Hornets some good outside shooting.

Monk was the steal of the draft, in my opinion. Teams will regret passing over him.

The current starting shooting guard is Nicolas Bacon who averages 15.1 points per game while shooting 40.3% from the field and 40.3% from the 3 point line. His salary is just short of 21 million dollars a year.

I wish Monk would have gone anywhere but Charlotte. That is Kemba Walker's team and everything seems to go through him. Charlotte is not a real solid franchise, have not really done all that good with their drafting of talent.
