Box Score
Good team defense, poor free throw shooting today. Willis had a very good game, 11 rebounds and 4 blocked shots. [ 03-10-2017, 03:28 PM: Message edited by: SCWC ]

Two of our guards Briscoe and Fox had good shooting games going 15-27 and both scored 20 points. [ 03-10-2017, 03:29 PM: Message edited by: catmandoo ]

Fox can get to the rim any time he wants. In my opinion, he should shoot 10-15 shots per game, all in the paint.
Another guy who's starting to make a big impact without scoring a ton of points is Bam. I think this is huge if we want to make a deep run. He's making things happen on both ends of the floor.
Willis with 25 boards and 10 blocks in the last three games. [ 03-10-2017, 04:05 PM: Message edited by: PaulCat ]

Gabriel has not been showing up lately, thus giving Willis more time on the floor and he definitely makes us a better all around team than Gabriel does in my opinion. Ever since Gabriel had that big double double game, his play has really fallen off. We need him now that we are in tournament play.
Hopefully Monk will come out of his scoring slump tomorrow. He is just too good to only get one basket in a game like today. Happy to see Fox do away with his Man Bun, he had a great game for us today, both offensively and defensively.
Bam has come a long way over the past few weeks, he has made us a much better team with his play. He has stopped making those silly under the basket defensive fouls lately which has made him a much more effective post player. [ 03-10-2017, 05:21 PM: Message edited by: SCWC ]

Ray I'm not sure if it is Gabriel not showing up or that Willis playing so well especially on the defensive end is why Gab is riding the bench!!

Shooting, shooting, shooting. 38%?? WE barely shot better than Georgia. The defense was a lot better. Maybe Cal scared them into believing if we don't play good defense we are going home and their chance to help their draft status will disappear. Will we ever stop missing those easy ones under the basket???

Remember the good ole days (earlier this year) when we were a high scoring offense team?

Funny how times have changed! We've hit 80+ points only two times in our last eight games.
