Box Score

I have never seen a team shoot the ball as badly as Ga did last night. I don't know if our defense was just that good or their offense was just that bad. I had seen Ga play about a month ago and thought they had a much better team than they obviously do. It was good to see Humphries get 4 blocks in the game and to see Skal be our leading rebounder with 7.

Cal is doing a masterful job of substituting the players in and out with the absence of Alex.

Ray, probably a little of each as Georgia sure didn't look good last night but our Cats really played well.

Each year you can seem to see when the team has finally "GOT IT". It was looking like this team was not going to get it at all. I hate to jump the gun and say it but last nights game looked like they may finally have it. It's not too late for them to put a run on it but I hope last night was not just a fluke.

We will find out a lot more about them when they visit South Carolina this Saturday. They have to get a few quality wins on the road and have 4 opportunities left, Fla, SC, Texas A&M and Vandy, all could be very tough games.

Saturday's game isn't going to be easy but would bet Cal will have them ready to roll. You can see the confidence building with every win. They have realized they are good and if they play together it benefits everyone.
