We haven't faired very well so far on the road this season. We are going to have to pick it up in the next couple of weeks as 80% of our next games are on the road!

I fear this team will have several losses on the road this season. Vandy are playing without their starting center Kornet who should be back in a couple of weeks.

Yeah, this team is going to really have to improve if we are going to get a high seed in the tourney!

I thought we played real well last night against a very solid Ole Miss team.

what I like about this team is how they share the ball. They are very unselfish.

LSU our next opponent beat Vandy last night 90-82. LSU can put some points on the board.

Ben Simmons & LSU won a hard-fought road game last night against Vandy. If we win Tuesday night in Baton Rouge it will tell a lot about the toughness of this team. PS - Ben Simmons was amazing.

Simmons is a monster and scored 36 points against Vandy. He is going to tough guy to shut down Tuesday night.

WF, I agree the LSU game is going to be a game that will tell us a lot. We beat them at their place and we will know we are a darn good basketball team.

Simmons is without doubt the best player in college basketball this season. I just don't see us having anyone who can stop him from his traditional double double. We have no six ten players that can run the floor, handle the ball and do the things Simmons can do. Hopefully we can beat the other four players on the floor with him. It will be very interesting to see who Cal tries to have guard Simmons.

Ray, I agree 100% Simmons will get his points no doubt about that but where we can beat them is to hold the rest of their players down.

Simmons makes his teammates better whenever he handles the ball. He plays like a 6'-10" point guard. Maybe, hopefully, Ulis will get some steals off him. It will take some quickness and heads-up defense to guard him along with the other talent that he seems to enable.

I would bet Cal is working on containing Simmons as soon as he gets the ball. The good thing if we can control him we should win but if he gets loose and free lances we could be in for a very tough game. He is as talented as any player in the country because of his all-around abilities.

It will be like years ago when we played LSU when Rupp was coach. We couldn't stop Maravich so he let him have his points but put the sop on the rest of the team. We just need to run Simmons to get him tired by the end of the game while stopping the scoring of his team mates. But just don't get into foul trouble.

One thing I noticed about Simmons was that he loves to get fouled and go to the line. Not sure of his percentage but he's good. If the Tigers play like they did against Vandy we will have problems with them.

Simmons is right at 75% from the line. He doesn't have any glaring weaknesses. He is just is a all- around good basketball player.
