I know none of us can read a 20 year old's mind, but what do you guys think are the odds on Ulis being back as a Wildcat next year? I am selfish, and sure hope so.

It's kind of hard betting on an NBA franchise taking a shot on a 5'8" point guard. I think he'll eventually get a shot, but as far as draft status, I just don't know how high he will be after this college basketball season.

I think, because of his size, he will be back. As others have said, a 5'8" point guard in the NBA will be tough. At least I hope he will be back but I'm like you Norm, I'm selfish. I think we are really going to enjoy his time here, what ever that may be.

I suspect he is a four-year player who will go undrafted, but find a spot on an roster anyway. I am not sure if he will stick, given his size.
He is a tremendous basketball player in college, but in the league, he is just another basketball player. And those other basketball players that are equally skilled at his position will average 6" inches taller than him. His height will forever be a detriment.
All that said, I could see him having a record-breaking career overseas.

If Spud Webb could play in the NBA for 12 seasons at 5'6" Ulis has a shot. I sure wouldn't give up on him and would bet some NBA team will give him a shot if he continues to improve his game.

No doubt. He may not get drafted but someone will pick him up to see what he can help them with.

I just think he really has the ability to play NBA basketball. If he can play against the top teams on our schedule and play way he has been playing there is no reason why he can't be a competitive player in the NBA.
