The more you read about Jamal the more you realize just how good he can be. I knew he was good but after reading and watching him play it's obvious that Cal found one heck of a player. Dan Schulman said it best in this article.

Murray and his teammates are going to make Rupp a wild place to be all season with their abilities on the court. It's going to be a fun year.

It's amazing how some of the top program coaches have out-recruited Cal in the spring for the top kids but here we are in late summer and it's starting to look like Cal will have the last laugh. I wouldn't have believed it back about the first of May. When it looks the bleakest is when Cal seems to find another route to get where he wants to be. Bama, I agree Cal always seems to hold back a scholarship just in case something comes up like Murray and he jumps on it. He is always seems to be a step ahead of all the other coachs.
