Topic: Cats spread over Arkansas down

As of early this morning, the Cats spread on the Vegas Site I visit is 14.5 which is down some 2.5 points from yesterday. I felt the 17 points yesterday was a little high and even feel that 14.5 is probably going to be hard for the Cats to cover.

Cats have two solid PGs this year and another to bring off the bench. I think the hogs will get burned in the press. If it was a road game, I would be worried about the streak, but I still think they would win that one as well.
I think they will beat the spread. I would put money on it.

I've been saying 10 points all night. I don't know about beating the spread. Arkansas has one of the opt 10 scoring teams in the country. ALTHOUGH, they haven't faced a defensive opponent like ours all season either!

Ark ranks 5th in the country in assists per game too at 17.1 That's a pretty good number!

The one huge stat that Ark doesn't do well is rebounding at 23 per game!

Arkansas has shot almost 100 more 3's for the season than we have. It will be interesting to see how many they shoot this afternoon.

Arkansas blocks more shots than I thought they would with 141 but that isn't near what our bigs have done this season with over 190 blocks. I would bet they will be intimidated down low.
