I'm afraid they won't get past the Tards a second time.

I'm just hoping we get by Kansas State tomorrow night. One game at a time for me now, win and advance, that is the name of the game.

But it's FUN to speculate. If every news organization in the world can speculate on that missing Malaysian airliner, I can speculate on a basketball game!

With our seed and draw, every game is going to be a struggle. Pretty much, that's the way it has been all year with this year's UK team. Kansas State is a good team from a power conference. They have wins over Kansas and Iowa State and will be fully ready to play. Even though the 8-9 game is typically a "pic 'em" game, especially from the NCAA standpoint, it always seems that whoever UK plays always stakes out the underdog role, even if they are the underdog only to UK's perceived pre-season reputation, which we all know was false.
Even if UK does get by K-State, who will doubt that somehow the #1 seed Wichita State will somehow be deemed by the media as the "underdog" to UK's #8 seed, and they will embrace the role to achieve a chip on their shoulder?
