we had been averaging 6 penalties a game

I don't know why I expected a win tonight. Stoops never takes advantage of a bye week, and we have 11 or 12 penalties tonight, sone very huge ones, and 2 muffled kicks. Just unbelievable. I can't seem to stop myself from believing this team will be consistent at some point. I kind of think Stoops is like Cal. It might be time for a change.
