We definitely need Rodriguez back. If we can get the running game and the passing game, with the weapons we seem to have, it could be another great season. That bodes well for the season! What a historic win. First back-to-back wins vs Florida since the Cursi years. Stoops passes Bear Bryant as the winningest UK football coach. Cal has some work to do to remind us that we are indeed a basketball school. Glad I was wrong. But even after a win over Florida we have several things that need to get better. Near the end we were finding a few holes for our runners and a little yardage. Let's hope the NCAA has received enough vindication from keeping C Rod on the sidelines. Wish we knew how the NCAA figures into this when it used to be the schools responsibility to sanction their own players. Our offense shows they miss him by their inability to sustain drives thru the end zone. We still seem to have 1 bad play when we get cloose to the red zone that results in a field goal or no points. Kudos to the defense. They bent a few times but they didn't fold and made the key plays for a stop. I picked us to lose to Florida but it looks like we could be better than I thought.
