It's wide open and way to early to tell at this point.

Darrell Bird: If the buzz is to be believed then 6-foot-5 offensive lineman George Asafo-Adjei could be a dandy. He was impressive during spring camp straight out of high school and should be even better after an offseason of conditioning and learning.

Jon Hale: No position needs a talent upgrade from the freshman class more than cornerback. At 6-foot-4, Chris Westry brings the size to the position that no returning corner can match. He’s already listed as a starter on the week one depth chart.

Chris Fisher: George Asafo-Adjei. Very rarely do you see an offensive lineman come in ready to contribute, but that goes to show you what kind of freak Asafo-Adjei really is. Could be Kentucky’s top NFL prospect, and he’s just a true freshman. Very bright future along the offensive line.

Josh Edwards: The two that jump off the page are C.J. Conrad and George Asafo-Adjei. I think Conrad will have the biggest impact or Kentucky this year because the offense has lacked a pass-catching tight end for years. Conrad can open up the field for other receivers.
