I got this in an email from SCWC this morning. I almost puked!!!!!
"You had better go back to Dawson springs tomorrow so you can see Joe Biden. He is visiting
Mayfield and Dawson Springs Wed according to Fox news. Whoopeedooo."
I really don't want to move to Bowling Green permanently, but I may not have a choice now!

Horrors! It may become tainted ground!
But, I wouldn't worry too much. He will probably just fly over in a helicopter, and stop on the ground only long enough for a carefully chosen photo-op.

The only thing less welcome in Dawson Springs than Sleepy Joe was that damn tornado, that decimated the north side of town. Our south side was untouched. All I lost was my trash can lids.

The pastor of the Dawson Springs Primitive Baptist Church is a good friend of mine. His name is Jeff Winfrey. I drove up there last Wednesday and delivered some supplies and money we had collected through our church. I didn’t get to see Jeff because of the presidents presence, so our church rented a storage facility in Madisonville and stored stuff there for him and his ministry to the community. I did’t realize you were in South Dawson Springs. I am pretty sure Jeff lives in that area of Dawson Springs as well since his home was spared.

Jeff was our dentist until he retired. He and Christie live maybe a half mile up the road from us. Until Millie had that stroke, I had coffee with his Father-in-law every weekday afternoon. I knew Jeff's dad, too.

Small world!! Jeff has visited in my home on multiple occasions and preached in the little church I pastor several times. If you see him, tell him you know Marty Hoskins. He would get a kick out of that.
