I like the way Coach Pope Runs and spreads the court. Going to be fun to watch him coach this way.

Man, put Izvic up where Kaleef played the high post for the Zoom and we would be magic.
It is all about spacing, court vision, great execution, and SHOOOOOOTERS. Love the curl off the Zoom, the open three looks, and the backdoor cuts.
I think this is gonna be one heck of a fun era.

Obviously this is an edited compilation of action to further the agenda of the author but the one single thing that stands out most to me is that each shot taken is a shot that the player expects to be there for them. With all of the screens, handoffs, curls, backcuts and rotations when the shot was taken it seems as if that were a goal from the beginning.
That is a refreshing idea to me. No more circus shots through 3 defensive players, no one on one sequences, no hesitation to take the shot, and no fear of missing the shot. This sequence of plays truly shows what "taking the easy shot" looks like.
It also made several teams defense look a whole lot like the Kentucky defense we have endured for the last 15 years...just sayin'
