We are not going to win this if we just plan on outscoring them. If we can hold them to upper 80's I think we win, but the defense has to be able to keep the ball in front of them.

Maybe sag off the ball a little and see if they can hit 3's off the dribble instead of catch and shoot. That would help us keep the ball in front. They shot 27% for the season, and 50% tonight. Cal has to recognize this and make some sort of adjustment. Will he do something to adjust??

We are playing a team that shoots 27% on 3's and get to the rim at will on us, and knocking down open 3's, and Cal decides to stick with tight man and just let them blow by us. Zone, maybe trap every ball screen. Try something to see if it might work! Sure as heck couldn't be worse.

I* have turned it off with 6 min to go and down 16 pts. This is not one of those great games they have palyed this year. They have to outscore a team to beat them and we have NO DEFENSE. I went to Atlanta some years back and they lost the first game and we didn't go back for the rest of the games.
Now let's talk seeds. Instead of us challenging for a 2 seed we are probably back to a 4 or 5 seed, maybe. If we aren't careful we'll only play 1 more game next week and it will all be over.
Who do you think are3 not going to be the 1 and 5 seeds in the draft. I have never bought into that draft garbage anyway. Like I said before you sit back and enjoy the good games when they are shooting the lights out and just forget the days they can't make enough points to win.
This has to be the worst defensive team at UK since I started watching them in 1965.
