Quickley had an off shooting day hitting 3-10 from the floor, 1-5 from three point land and yet he was still the leading scorer with 18 points going 11-11 from the line, actually 12-12 if the idiot ref hadn't been hanging out at the scorers table!

We got beat on the offensive glass again this time but we did end up even on total rebounds at 38 each.
AU ended up with 5 more Offensive boards than KY!
Part of that reason for the many more O boards is they shoot 34 three pointers. That means there are 25 possible long rebounds when they jack up 34 and hit only 9!

According to the box score, Quickly basically played the whole game. He sat in the second half for 1 play around the 8 minute mark and Juzang committed a foul and back into the game he came!

Cats played a decent game even though they went 2-13 from the 3 point line. 27-33 free throws did a lot to make up for their 3 point shooting.

The turnovers were great today. IF we can keep that up we have a chance to beat anyone, even if we don't shoot the 3 that well.

Three of those were dead ball offensive rebounds though. Two off of UK blocked shots and one off of a Auburn 3 Point miss that shot of the rim and a UK players hand hit it and it went out of bounds. Also, the last bucket of the game was an offensive rebound when the game was over and UK didn't even attempt to get in the way to stop the clock with a foul.

EDIT: They only negative......Hagans still can't make a layup and it was contagious today as Quickly and Montgomery missed WIDE OPEN UNCONTESTED layups today as well. I think Hagans missed 4 of them. So that is another 12 easy points that UK left off the board.

Wife's Mad. Told me we never talk anymore. And just last nite while watching super bowl told her 2 or 3 times to get me a coke and popcorn. Also told her not to forget to take out trash in the morning. Ain't that something. Also told me I was too indecisive. Can't figure out what to do about that. One nice thing I guess. She called me a pro crastinator. Don't know what a crastinator is but I guess I'm a good one for her to call me a pro. Gonna wait til tomorrow to look that up though. I love her but somrtimes can't help but thinking I should have told uncle Junior to keep his coon hound pup and stevens double barrel and also his youngest daughter.
