Does anyone really believe that UK has a chance against Ole Miss? I think for us to have a chance we have to win the time of possession and run the ball for at least 150 yards. Kiffin said at his press conference yesterday that Kentucky is the one game that he's been preparing for all summer. He's going to try and embarrass us, here's hoping that he doesn't.
UK:24
UM:23

We played them closer than I thought we would. I still believe a four win season is within reach.

Coaching has me scratching my head. Why didn't Stoops kick those field goals? We have two really good running backs. I'm thinking 5 wins now.

Funny how the Miss coach was worried about us kicking the final FG to upset the spread. Does he need to be investigated for betting on his own team?
I was on my way home from Gulf Shores Alabama while the KY game was taking place.
I'll be in San Diego California this coming Saturday when the Cats play next!

Enjoy San Diego, MH! It is a lovely city (as cities go...).
You can bet your bottom dollar that Stoops was trying to beat the spread with that field goal. At least somebody can be happy with the Cats.

I’m in Fairbanks Alaska and got the game here. By the way, Denali National Park is absolutely beautiful this time of year.

Yes, I have a life long friend who was moved up here to live with his son as he is in very poor health. I told him when he left I would visit him. So, I’m more or less keeping that promise.
I’ve enjoyed the visit but it has been bitter sweet. Getting old sucks in so many ways.

Indeed. The blessings of old age are weighed against the inevetable decline, sickness, sometimes disability, then...
But, while I can, I am determined to live life fully. We never know when we will be called home. We have lost so many just from TCD.

You are right, Tip.
I think of them every time I'm on here, actually. Cattracker was a friend. I didn't realize he was going through what he was experiencing! He was always cordial too me!

I'm leaving Friday to come back to My Old Kentucky Home. I'm attending a Cousins wedding and will have enough time to make it to the UK game, but just wondering if I should. I guess i'll make that decision saturday.

You'll probably see them at their best for this season. Thank goodness it's not for an SEC game.
