I have been reading, listening and watching our football team for 50+ years and some things dont change. We are not very good!
Yesterday's game gave us a lot of what we have been seeing most of my life!
Receivers can't catch; O line can't block Qtrback is very very inconsistent; (Boom is a very good back but without the line doing something to get him some holes it doesnt matter)
D line is terrible; Can't Biltz - r u kidding me? their qback had a easy catch and pass without anyone challenging him; line backers average at best secondary average at best
Our wins over SCar and Missouri just show how bad they are; and don't forget we Almost got beat by two other very inferior teams
Does anyone really think we can beat Tenn sat?
I see one more win and just hoping we can beat someone else but right now it looks doubtful! just more of the same old ky football
Lets move on to basketball!! [ 10-25-2015, 12:33 PM: Message edited by: ukcatfannfl ]

I'll second that motion. I originally thought 4 was all we'd win but then with 2 SEC wins I thought maybe we could even win 8 games. I was closer to the truth at the beginning of the season. If we don't start playing better this week we could end up with 5 wins like last season and we'll start wondering about those who keep saying we are improving.

I believe the talent is slightly better, but the coaching is suspect at best. I think a big part of the problem on defense is too many chiefs and not enough Indians. It appears to me that the confusion on D is due to D.J. and Stoops trying to give them instructions. I saw Stoops tell Forrest to never wave him off again. I think that is why we are out of position so many times just prior to the snap. The defense isn't sure who to listen to. If you're going to have a defensive coordinator, let him do his job or fire him. We aren't talented enough to be out of alignment on defense. JMO

Like we Catholics say about the Holy Trinity, in one of our prayers: "Was then, is now, and ever shall be." Amen

Worst showing of the year. Worst effort of the season. Hope they bounce back.
Vandy don't look so much like a chump anymore. There is only one gimme game on the schedule. Vandy will be a war and it could all hinge on the Louisville game.
O line help is on the way. But it will take time to build an SEC caliber line.
This game was the worst and most disheartening as a Kentucky fan.
If they go to a bowl, they can build momentum going into next season. They have to go to a bowl, to keep moving forward. The coaching staff has to get some fight back in this team. The wheels came off and they have to fix it.
