Two three-star DC/Maryland area recruits went Yahtzee together this afternoon, as DE Darius Fullwood (sweet headband) and WR Jabari Greenwood (sweet visor) made their announcement.

Here’s each making their big announcement:

Some tidbits:

– Stoops has more (Rivals) four star commits than all other Kentucky coaches combined. Joker had just three four-star commitments in three seasons as head coach compared to 17 so far for Stoops. Check out Ben Roberts’ chart breaking it down.

– According to Chris Fisher of 247 Sports, using the #ClassCalculator, today’s commitments from Jabari Greenwood, Darius Fullwood, and potentially 3-star cornerback J.K. Britt, (rumored to announce this weekend), would put UK at #17 in the @247Sports Composite Team Rankings. It’s looking good for Kentucky to have a consecutive top-25 class for the first time in…..

Here’s what J.K. Britt had to say on Kentucky:

“Me and my position coach, Coach (Derrick) Ansley have a great relationship and Coach Stoops has put a bunch of DBs in the league. Its a gorgeous campus, a young coaching staff and new players, so I can come in and make an impact right away.”

He’s choosing between North Carolina and Kentucky. Hopefully soon…

– Tommy Mainord, lead recruiter in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) today added two more commits to go along with 3-star OT/DE, Levon Livingston, for the 2015 class. Opening up this talent rich pipeline outside the Georgia and now Ohio areas the staff is so familiar is HUGE. This area is typically dominated by more tradition rich SEC schools, along with regional names like Virginia Tech and Maryland.

– 4-star DT Ellison Jordan of Baltimore was at the announcement today, according to Patrick Loney, as well as 4-star Florida commit, CB Marcus Lewis. DMV DMV DMV!

– Stoops and Co. have added George Asafo-Adjei, along with Jabari Greenwood and Darius Fullwood this week. It’s been a good week I’d say.

We’ll have more football news here at Camp KSR, so stay tuned.
