He is a good one too.
Birmingham (Ala.) Spain Park 3-star offensive Stallings committed to UK Wednesday night on the heels of meeting with the UK staff Tuesday.
The 6-foot-3, 305-pound center was the top-rated lineman left on the Wildcats' board.
He had taken back-to-back official visits to UK (Jan. 17) and Mississippi State (Jan. 24) and chose the Wildcats over the Bulldogs and Colorado among others.
Stallings' Crystal Ball heavily favored Mississippi State but the last three picks came in favor of Kentucky.
UK offensive coordinator Neal Brown and offensive line coach John Sclarman met with Stallings in Birmingham Tuesday to seal the deal.
Stallings is Kentucky's fourth offensive line commitment and 27th overall, leaving one spot which is obviously earmarked for Matt Elam's Thursday decision.
Versatile enough to play multiple positions along the offensive line, Stallings helps fortify UK's offensive line for the future.
The Stallings' news comes on the heels of former UK commit Derrick Kelly Jr. eliminating the Wildcats from contention.
