Can anyone tell me if Cooper Drive is closed to thru traffic from Sports Center Drive to University Drive on football game days?

In other words, if I come down Coooper Drive, can I make it to University Drive and turn right on University to get to Parking Structure #1?

I've got that map, but it doesn't quite show if you can go down Cooper to University or not. It appears that it is blocked but just wanted to confirm before going to the game on Saturday.
