Some great plays. Some bad mistakes. We need to fix problems or we will be looking at a 6-6 or a 5-7 season. With improvement we may go to a bowl game.

Even though our 2nd half was not as good as the 1st half, I saw a lot of postives in the overall game:
- very good QB play.
- very good running game
- very good receiving corps - and several good receivers.
- very good O-line
- very good D-line - when we rushed 5 -

Bad
Kicker - need to get our new guy in
Pass defense - poor in the middle of the field using the zone.
no pressure on their QB - when we rushed 4 and lousy coverage in the middle especially.
- at times stopping the big play - been our achielles heel for some time.

Overall I would rate the game a 6 out of 10 and see where can get much much better.

The next two games which should be wins will give Joker that opportunity to resolve some of them by experience BUT the biggest problem will be stopping the passing game which we didnt (in my view) do a very good job at all.

A win is a win and I can see a possible 8 wins this year - Don't forget old miss lost to a little school today so I put that one as a possible win now! [Smile]

The roughing the QB was a stinker. Take away that play and maybe the game would not be in doubt at the end. But, the won. That is all that matters.

This is definately a bowl bound team. Our FIFTh straight year and school record to accomplish that. We are a minimum seven =win team and I see us potentialy winning nine games and maybe ten,
(counting a bowl win). Good times are here for Kentucky football. Recruiting speedy, talented players is the key that is the key to competing on the big stage that playing in the SEc requires!.
