It looks like coach Phillips believes the best and only way to make this team more competitive is to recruit SEC type talent. There is no doubt that both coachs that have been let go were hard working good coachs but they were not the best at recruting. Joker will be hiring younger coachs that have the ability to not only coach but recruit good SEC talented players as well.

Joker's got that right. It isn't the fact, in teh past, that we've not had SEC tyope Talent, but when you watch a team like Fl. or Bama play and they have to substitute they don't lose any talent on teh field. LIke us in BAsketball!

It's recruting, recruting and recruting! You just can't win in the SEC without some 4 and even a couple 5 star athletes.
