Sophomore RB Derrick Locke says Cats should commit to running the football. Good idea but first Locke should have a talk with the 5 guys up front. UK's "hogs" have played more like "piglets":

MAybe Locke could give lessons to his wide reciever buddies on how to hang ontot he football while he's at it!

If there is a star on that O unit, it is Locke. Why he does not start is a mistery to me. He should be on the field for 90% of the O plays, imho. Dixon may have been named the preseason leader, but Locke and Alphonso Smith should both get time ahead of him. RB is one of the few positions in the game where sheer athletic talent overshadows every other factor, including experience. Case in point, Darrin Mcfadden who was the best player in college last season, is averaging over 5 yards a carry in his rookie season with the Raiders.
