Veteran Rockcastle County coach Tom Larkey won’t mince words about the way the University of Louisville treated his senior lineman, Brad Durham.

I think everything will work out for Brad still. He’s going to Kentucky Saturday when they play Vanderbilt. I would expect that he would end up going to Kentucky,” Larkey said. “I know one

yeah, I saw that yesterday. I agree with Larkey. UofL didn;t do anything they weren't within their rights to do, but pulling a scholarship offer after the kid did everything UL asked him to do was a real B.S. thing to do.

Petrino better hope that his recruiting base is strong in other areas of the country because he probably just shot himself in the foot with the Kentucky kids that are in the same position as this Durham kid.

I hope Brad chooses to come to UK and spends the next 4 years making Petrino wonder what in the hell he was thinking by pulling the Scholarship offer away from this kid.

A real immoral, unethical, and overall crap thing to do to a kid.

Isn't that what he did to the Grinter kid that is
now at UK. I think I posted where he did it to
another kid as well, can't think of his name.

I sure hope UK does get him. He sounds like a kid who could become a great leader on this team for the future.

Maybe I don't know much about the recruiting process, but why wouldn't the kid go ahead an sign a LOI? What good is a verbal?

I don't think signing periods for football are the same as in basketball. Aren't the majority of the signings in the spring of the year? I might be mistaken on this one!
