LOUISVILLE — The annual Kentucky-Louisville rivalry became almost a footnote to Michael Bush's season-ending leg injury last night. Bush, a Heisman Trophy candidate, had run for 128 yards and three touchdowns before being carted off early in the third quarter with a broken right leg.
