The 2022 class is starting to heat up for the Kentucky basketball program, and it just got even spicier.

It started off strong a couple weeks ago when the Cats got a commit from five-star guard Skyy Clark.

Now, Clark is looking to recruit one of top players in the 2022 class, Jalen Duren, to Lexington as well.

Duren is currently ranked second in the 2022 class. He stands at 6-9 and can hurt opponents on both ends of the floor.

This would be a huge get for the program and the highest recruit since Skal Labissiere (2) in 2015. But it’s still super early in the process, and you don’t see many recruits, especially ones with the options Duren has, make decisions this early.
