The 2020-2021 basketball roster at the University of Kentucky needs front court help in a big way. And it does not get much bigger than 7-3 transfer center Matt Haarms.

It was announced earlier this week that Haarms had narrowed his choices to three schools: Kentucky, BYU, and Texas Tech. His final decision is supposed to be revealed some time this week, but it appears that the writing may already be on the wall.

Now, several crystal ball predictions on 247 Sports have come in favor of the Wildcats, including one from CatsPause writer Derek Terry.

This is an interesting development on the heels of A Sea of Blue’s own Aaron Gershon indicating his sources were saying last night that Kentucky had landed a big man.

I hope they're right, CMD. I don't really care so much about his skills - we need some experience. I've seen Haarms play a couple of times and i think he's just as good as any other big guys in college basketball.
