Fatigue makes cowards of us all.

It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.

You fail all the time, but you aren't a failure until you start blaming someone else.

Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them.

You'll never get ahead of anyone as long as you try to get even with him.

the measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.

There’s a lot of blood, sweat, and guts between dreams and success.

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.

The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.

When I wake up in the morning and I turn that film on, it's like reading a book and it's exciting. I don't read books, but if I read books it would be like reading a book.

I don't know, but if I had to guess, I'd attribute that last one to Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez!

Vince Lambardi said the first one. I think I know a couple of more but I’ll leave it to someone else to look it up.

Pretty sure Lombardi was also the one who said the success/work dictionary thing.

Also the one about blood sweat tears tears sounds like Lombardi.

Are they all by him?

One of my favorite quotes came from Tubby Smith after winning the '98 title. This may not be exact but it's close.

"It's amazing what you can accomplish when you don't care who gets the credit".
