Yahtzee!, that is, if we’re still saying that. Memphis 3-star defensive tackle Quinton Bohanna has become the seventh commitment in the Class of 2017.
The 6’4″ 310-pound Senior-to-be will fill a position of need, playing defensive tackle in the 3/4, most likely as a 3-technique. Ranked in the bottom of the FBS last year in TFL and sacks, the Cats need more bulk up front and that’s exactly what Bohanna provide.
Bohanna also had an offer from Memphis, and was beginning to receive interest from Louisville, Tennessee, Miss. State and Ole Miss. Bohanna’s commitment now puts UK’s ’17 class all the way up to #9 in the nation, according to the 247 Composite. Watch his highlights:
