Four-star defensive end Darius “Dee” Fullwood will visit Kentucky this weekend with four-star cornerback Marcus Lewis and four-star wide receiver Jabari Greenwood, all three from the Washington D.C. area. Fullwood, who recently called UK assistant Tommy Mainord one of his favorite coaches in America, was tweeting back and forth with his visiting buddies last night about how excited they are to get to Lexington.
Fullwood played with UK 2014 signee Kobie Walker at Good Counsel High School, so the pipeline has already been established to previously untapped D.C. turf. Lewis and Greenwood are high school teammates at nearby Gonzaga High School, 19 miles south of Good Counsel.
Fullwood, Lewis and Greenwood already have offers from Kentucky, and they could become the “Big Three” for the 2015 recruiting class, because, why not?
