Jennifer was a huge part of Kentucky basketball and it is carrying over to the professional ranks.

Former University of Kentucky women’s basketball standout Jennifer O’Neill has earned a spot on the Women’s National Basketball Association’s (WNBA) Minnesota Lynx official 12-person roster, the club announced on Thursday, the WNBA’s roster deadline.

O’Neill, a 5-foot-6 guard, joins a team that finished last season 25-9 and second in the Western Conference. The two-time league champions (2011 and 2013) are the preseason favorites to win the West.
