Wow! Did not expect anywhere near that severe of a punishment.

If he did indeed do the deed, I'm glad. If they didn't have proof or witnesses, it's a farce. Either way, I hate the Patriots!

My sentiments exactly.
I believe that all sports teams cheat one way or another. The Patriots are just the only team that keeps getting caught. What a bunch of buffoons.

The Patriots have brought cheating in football to a new level. They do it so blatantly and don't care one bit who knows it.

They should change the rule and have the refs be in charge of balls. Letting the teams have their own balls is dumb.
I wonder how many teams have put helium in their balls to make them go farther in the kicking game?
I don't hate the Patriots for letting the air out of the balls. Maybe the NFL will wake up and realize that a neutral party should be in control of the game balls to prevent any kind of tampering.
Handing down a four game suspension on Brady is ludicrous and doesn't fit the crime. It is not like he was Pete Rose and bet on his team to win.

I think what Brady did is worse than Pete betting on his team. Now if he bet against his team... that's a different story.
