Wildcats take on the Hoyas of Georgetown on Thursday, 10/30, at 7:00. The game is in Rupp and will be streamed on SEC Network+.

I don't know anything about Georgetown, but if we play like we did against Purdue we should win. I'll be watching 👀

I'll just be looking for some consistency from the Purdue game. If we mirror that effort, speed and defense it will be a sign of good things to come this season.

First half was not what I expected. Either Georgetown’s is really good or our defense is not as good as I anticipated.
Lot of time left, I’m not pushing the panic button “yet”.

Night and day difference in this team. What was impressive vs Purdue is our weakness vs GTown.
We can get out and run and the straight line drives are killing us.
Bright side is we just need to make shots, but taking better shots should go a long way to fix that.
Turnovers are destroying us this half. We need to clean that up too.
20 minutes to see how much m oxy this team has. We need some rhythm on offense and get in front of the ball on defense.
6-13 free throw is also hurting us.
Nothing in particular, just a little bit of everything.

I'm convinced, the Georgetown hex is still on our Wildcats. Nothing going right for UK, everything bouncing GTown way.

I’m determined to say something positive about this game.
I thought our uniforms looked real nice.

The first thing I recognized from tonight's game is:
If we have to depend on Chandler to be our premier point guard, WE ARE IN TROUBLE!!!

ESPN doesn't have running box scores for exhibition games like the do regular season ones.
I'm waiting to see how many turnovers Chandler had in this game!
I know there was a stretch in the game where the man he was guarding scored 3 consecutive baskets and he had a turnover in that stretch as well!
I'm not saying he's not a good ball player. HE'S JUST NOT A STARTING POINT GUARD!!

On a positive note: WE REBOUNDED THE BALL VERY WELL!

UK Athletics. go to teams, men's basketball schedule, scroll to the game in progress and they have live stats.

Well, I won't say this as Redbone might, but we just needed to kae shots. We took some real bad ones, but we missed some good ones, 3 pointers in particular, that were good shots.
That doesn't excuse all of the other areas that UK sucked in tonight but it would have helped.

Georgetown has the best free-throw defense that I've ever seen.
