Hey everybody. I haven't been on in a while, but I need some advice. I have a 95 SEC Championship tee signed by Rick Pitino. I would love to get it signed by Coach Pope. Does anyone have any advice on how I might have the best chance of accomplishing that? I have tickets to the game against St. Johns in Atlanta and could try there, but I know that is very difficult, definitely not like it used to be when I was a kid. Anyway, I would appreciate any tips if you have had success in this area. Thanks.

It's always been easier for me to get things signed at an away game. I wait at the bus and catch the players and coaches as they board. I've got a flag with Pitino and the whole team in 1997 and a flag and all the team and coaches in 2004. Tubby and Mr Keightely actually gave me UK lapel pins after a game in Auburn.

That's awesome. I did email the basketball department and got a quick response. I was told to mail it to them and they would get Pope to sign it and send it back. I'm a little nervous about mailing it, and maybe not getting it back.
I may try at the game and then mail. How early do you usually arrive at the away games when you've done that?
