KSR has been checking in with all of UK’s top targets in the class throughout the day, confirming contact and offers from the time the clock struck midnight.

Who has Kentucky been on the phone with? Who has received scholarship offers? Take a look at the complete rundown:

JJ Taylor
– 6-8, 185 pounds

– Consensus top-ten prospect, ranked as high as No. 6 overall by ESPN.

Kentucky’s first scholarship offer of the day went to the five-star prospect out of Chicago, IL, with Chin Coleman leading the way in his recruitment.

Kwame Evans Jr.
– 6-9, 190 pounds

– Consensus top-ten prospect, ranked as high as No. 2 overall by Rivals

Jake Weingarten of StockRisers.com was the first to report that UK head coach John Calipari reached out to the five-star forward.

KJ Lewis
– 6-4, 185 pounds

– Consensus top-25 prospect, listed at No. 20 overall in the 247Sports Composite Rankings

KSR broke the news that Kentucky assistant coach Jai Lucas reached out to the five-star guard on Tuesday, with UK joining the likes of Arkansas, Gonzaga, Ole Miss, Baylor, Georgia, Texas Tech, Texas, Houston and SMU to show interest.

Baye Fall
– 6-10, 205 pounds

– Listed as the No. 9 overall prospect and No. 1 center in the 247Sports Composite Rankings

Jacob Polacheck of ZagsBlog was the first to break the news that Kentucky had expressed interest, with the Wildcats joining the likes of Arkansas, Colorado and Memphis to reach out.

Wesley Tubbs III
– 6-7, 170 pounds

Tubbs told KSR he heard from the likes of Kentucky, South Carolina, East Carolina, Virginia Tech, NC State, Wake Forest, Ole Miss, Pitt, Tennessee, Penn State, Old Dominion and Cincinnati since the contact period opened at midnight.

UK assistant coach Orlando Antigua has led the charge for the Wildcats.

Isaiah Miranda
– 7-1, 200 pounds

Kentucky assistant coach Orlando Antigua reached out to the blossoming 2023 standout on Tuesday, his AAU program told KSR, with UK joining the likes of UConn, Providence, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Illinois, East Carolina, South Carolina, Siena and UPenn to extend interest.

Miranda was a standout performer at last week’s Pangos All-American Camp in Las Vegas.

Brandon Gardner
– 6-7, 185 pounds

– No. 39 overall in the 2023 247Sports Player Rankings

Gardner told KSR that Kentucky assistant coach Chin Coleman reached out on Tuesday, with UK joining the likes of Georgetown, LSU, Wake Forest, Memphis (offered), South Carolina, George Washington, Ole Miss, Coastal Carolina, Georgia Tech, NC State, Auburn, Tulsa, Florida State, East Carolina and Virginia to extend interest.

Gardner followed up with KSR to say that UK has set up another meeting or this evening and feels an offer could be coming soon.

“That would motivate me to continue to work harder every single day. It would be an absolute blessing,” he told KSR.

Jalen Hooks
– 6-6, 180 pounds

– No. 55 overall in the 247Sports Player Rankings

Hooks told KSR that UK assistant coach Chin Coleman reached out to talk, with Kentucky joining the likes of Arkansas, Cincinnati, Georgia, Iowa, Memphis, Michigan, Northwestern, Ohio State and Oklahoma to express interest.

Stephon Castle
– 6-5, 180 pounds

– Consensus four-star prospect, ranked No. 31 overall in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Castle told KSR he has spoken with UK assistant Orlando Antigua, with Kentucky joining the likes of Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech and Illinois to reach out.

Rob Dillingham
– 6-1, 160 pounds

– Ranked as high as No. 9 overall and No. 3 at the point guard position in the 247Sports Player Rankings.

Dillingham told Jake Weingarten that Kentucky, Duke and NC State were among the first programs to reach out to the five-star guard.

Jeremy Fears Jr.
– 6-2, 175 pounds

– No. 23 overall in the 247Sports Player Rankings

Weingarten was the first to report Kentucky’s early interest.

Dravyn Gibbs-Lawhorn
– 6-0, 165 pounds

– Ranked as high as No. 10 overall and No. 3 at the point guard position in the 247Sports Player Rankings

Gibbs-Lawhorn told KSR he spoke with Kentucky assistant Bruiser Flint on Tuesday, with UK joining the likes of Arizona State, BYU, Indiana, Oklahoma, Purdue, UCLA, UNLV and Utah State to reach out on Tuesday.

Omaha Biliew

Travis Graf of Cats Illustrated broke the news that Kentucky was among the top schools expressing interest in the five-star forward, with the Wildcats joining the likes of Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Gonzaga, Memphis, Ohio State, Iowa and Iowa State.

Tyler Smith

Just one and he will probably go to Louisville.

My wife didn't play high school basketball, but her Dad was a coach and she was around him and his teams and many games when she was young.
According to her, Kentucky high school players will be much more motivated when they are playing for UK.
