Kentucky guard Davion Mintz may be the Wildcats' most valuable player this season.

Even if he's not the most valuable, he's been the most consistent despite being thrust into a larger role than was expected.

According to Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio, there's a very real possibility Mintz will take advantage of the NCAA's extra year of eligibility and return to Lexington for a sixth season of eligibility.

"I was told there's a really good chance they'll bring Davion Mintz back for another year," Jones said Tuesday.
