I never in my life seen ESPN and their staff talk so much about puke last night. It would not have surprise me to see Jay Bilas and his partner go over and kiss coach K's ring last night. They have them in the final game already. Which of course we all know they will get the cupcake bracket. I would give a $ 100. bill to see them get beat the first game. Then Jay B and ESPN could get them some coloring books and play dough for therapy.

That crew are the Duke network, I refuse to listen to them myself. I love college basketball but when I watch it on ESPN or any other channel, I always have the sound turned off except for when they have one of the official reviews and I turn it up for that but not for regular game to game play by play or any of their other commentary.

It's Jay Bilas alma mater......if he wasn;t gushing over his own school when they are winning, I would have little respect for him. I really like Bilas. He is one of my favorites as a color guy.

What I don;t like is the favorable seeding that Duke has received in some of the past tourneys. A few years, they just about guaranteed that they would make the final four. A few years, Kentucky has been in the toughest bracket and all the talking heads agreed.

To get to the final four and have a chance to win it all, Kentucky needs to get lucky. But, luck is a part of it.

I agree SCWC . I love college Basketball . I could live with Puke if they would quit setting them up every year from the beginning of the season until the last .They are so bias it's like watching liberal news. They are the only team that can lose games and then next week move up in the rankings. It's so obvious that they are given the best of everything for their team. I guess you could throw NC in the ring to but not as bad but close. NC should not even be playing in the big dance they should be on probation for at least 5 years. They were caught red handed cheating for 18 years had it been KY you could bet your sweet butt we would not be in the dance.

It might be is Jay Bilas alma mater but as a broadcaster when calling a game he should or suppose to be neutral. I can only imagine how Notre Dame fans felt. Personal I don't think anyone should call their alma mater games if it's not their own broadcast . I like the way it's done in the dance you can switch to your teams announcer on another channel

I hate to say this, but if they stay out of foul trouble, it seems to me like they can go a long way. They're playing as well as anybody in the country right now. And that really, really sucks!

Well, I had espn pulled up streaming, and came here to post about this subject myself. They are still doing it as I speak. When I switched over to TCD, they were talking about "Who should get the last one seed; Puke or Gonzaga?" [Roll Eyes] Good grief! They have had what? 7-8 losses? I wish I could say "I've never seen the like", but unfortunately I have. Every stinking year!

Bilas and Williams are both Duke aluminus and their bias for their home school gets away from them from time to time, one reason I rarely ever watch the audio part of ESPN programming. To ESPN and their entire staff, there is no other conference in college basketball but the ACC with Duke and UNC, it does get sickening this time of the year.

This is one of the biggest reasons I hate Duke. There are many reasons, but this going on right now is probably the biggest. They are truly the only team I have ever seen in my lifetime lose a game and move up 3 spots, and it has happened multiple times int he last few years. They are also the only team that can be ranked 14th, finish 5th in their own conference, win their conference and be in the conversation for a 1 seed. I told my son if they won the ACC I guaranteed they would be talking about them being a one. They are playing well, and they were the clear cut favorite to win it all at the beginning of the season; but I thought seeding was supposed to be on the whole season, not make all these excuses for why a team losses and then just exclude them like the losses never happened. And now I hear the Pukies on ESPN talking about UK maybe being a 3 instead of a 2 seed. They are currently ranked 8th, and if they win the SEC I sure wouldn't think they would drop, but we have seen it happen before and it may happen again. I just hope Duke somehow loses early in the tournament. I just can't take the bias any more.
