Article in today's LHL and in my local Myrtle Beach paper stating that Gillispie's attorneys have filed suit for six million dollars plus other costs against the University of Kentucky over his firing.

I hope they can get the venue back in Kentucky rather than Texas. He is asking for a jury trial in Texas where his attorney says he was officially hired. Maybe Bayer or ACF can shed some light on this subject, one would think the venue would be where the letter of intent was signed, rather than where the interview took place. I do hope Todd and Barnhart have their ducks in a row. Looks like Gillispie realizes his coaching career is probably over and wants to get all the money from UK that he can.
