He needs time to:

1. Pack his bags

2. Finish his drink

3. Schedule a two a day game day practice.

4. Preach about toughness

5. Get some Talent, Meeks and Patterson are just awful!

6. Yell at some more reporters and players

7. Piss off more fans and alumni!

8. Get defended by the same three guys on here

9. Get the hell out of dodge!

I believe that you've got it just about perfect. But he can skip #1-8 and just go straight to #9. Those of us who love UK, who have lived and died with UK basketball, down the "Glory Road" as well as the tough times, this is just beyond the breaking point. We clearly love UK more than he does. He's made millions off of UK, but still doesn't understand this place at all. I have just one piece of advice for Gillispie. "Get Out Now"

Amen! You think we could get Ford. I think it doesn't matter who we would get now, it's going to be a few years before we are near the top again. And that's what I expected from Gillespie as well, a few years. I didn't expect us to be great this year, but this has been way worse than expected. I at least expected to see quality coaching, team work, great effort and intensity, a tournament bid, and maybe a first round win. I expected to see the team improve over the season, and individuals improve over the season. I don't think I had unrealistic expectations, and normally I am against getting rid of a coach so quickly, but he has got to go.

Earlier today I said give him a couple of more years to get his recruits in here. But I'm about to change my mind.
