Just couldn't knock down shots the second half and the FT disparity was a killer.

Wife's Mad. Told me we never talk anymore. And just last nite while watching super bowl told her 2 or 3 times to get me a coke and popcorn. Also told her not to forget to take out trash in the morning. Ain't that something. Also told me I was too indecisive. Can't figure out what to do about that. One nice thing I guess. She called me a pro crastinator. Don't know what a crastinator is but I guess I'm a good one for her to call me a pro. Gonna wait til tomorrow to look that up though. I love her but somrtimes can't help but thinking I should have told uncle Junior to keep his coon hound pup and stevens double barrel and also his youngest daughter.

They have shot twice as many free throws. Ridiculous.

A lot of that was also because of all the switching we did in the 2nd half. I have not seen us switch that much this season. It hurt us.

One team made adjustments, one team didn't. And one team had a 33 point scorer.

Really don't understand why Ulis over penetrated at the end of regulation. He was tough on pull up jumpers all night and that is what I expected him to do.

I think it was exhaustion. That can affect your decision making. Definitely not like him to have those turnovers at the end.

I thought we played pretty good in a very hostile environment. We definitely played good enough to win just need a key play or two.

I knew we were done once it hit OT. Lee and Willis out - Poy and Skal with 4 fouls. Too much to overcome. We played a great game, though. I like our chances against Kansas (and anyone else) on a neutral court right now.

Great effort. I am surprised with the way everything went we got to overtime. That three we gave up because we switched and got confused was a killer.

Paul we feel exactly alike we played hard and didn't back down. I think we learned a lot about ourselves an this team can play with anyone.

I still cant believe that free throw stat where we shot 22 free throw to there 47! That made no sense as both teams were playing tough defense. It was the game!

For some reason Murray didn't play well today. He hit a couple at the end but for most of the game he didn't do much. We fought hard till the end but we just didn't shoot well in the second half. Oh well, I picked them to lose this game anyway so now they have lost 1 more game than I picked them to lose. They should win the rest of them, but probably won't. 26-5.

Here are our records by year
2010 35-3
2011 29-9
2012 37-2
2013 21-12
2014 29-11
2015 38-1

Half the seasons were 30 win seasons and 2 seasons were double digit loss seasons. Looks like we have a chance for another 30+ win season but we also have a chance for a double digit loss season also.

We had 9 steals tonight which is a good stat compared to our average of 6 steals per game.

The officials, our missed free throws and three point shots, 1 for 13 three pointers in the second half killed us. I thought the officials did a good job calling it consistent in the first half but once the second half started, it was obvious to me they did not want UK to break the Kansas home win streak and their whistles froze on one end of the floor but not the other. Like Trey, I was shocked Ulis turned the ball over near the end of regulation by over penetrating, he had been successful all night by pulling up for the 15 foot jumper. Coach needs to get him some rest during games, 45 minutes is much to much for any kid in today's fast paced game. I was proud of our team, they could have won but the cards seemed to be stacked against them once the second half started. That is when the zebra's took over the game. Had they been consistent on both ends of the floor I would have had no problem but there were making sure Kansas kept their home win streak alive.
