That is interesting. In my opinion, kids who skip the combine are usually hiding something. This could really hurt Vando if he's expecting to stay in the draft this year.

I think Vanderbilt will be back. He is the one that, if he stays healthy, would benefit from another year. I believe he could raise his draft stock significantly.

The kids who skip the combine in the past have been the "sure things"... many of our previous lottery picks skipped the combine as well.
In this case, however, I think you may be correct. If he hasn't fully healed from his last injury, then why put up horrible numbers in his stats? Better to skip it and come back to UK if somebody doesn't take a flyer on him.

I would't draft him, if I were a GM. He has't proved he can stay healthy.
