Such a disappointing loss. The definition of beating yourself was on display all day today.

1. Smoke drops the screen that was going to be an easy TD.
2. Ruffalo misses the FG
3. Ruffalo with a block PAT
4. Mishandled snap on another PAT
5. Kickoff out of bounds after you tie the game to set up an Ole Miss FG.
6. Brown is going to take the ensuing kickoff to the house and for whatever reason his own player cuts in front of him and trips him up.
7. Levis fumble inside the redzone on what would have been a 1st down.
8. Levis doesn't let Brown get set to throw the fade to Key (stupid play call to go fast anyone on 1st and Goal from the 7. Run Rodriguez and make Ole Miss burn timeouts)
9. Levis stripped because he holds the ball for two long in the pocket. Once again I would have ran Rodriguez to burn clock and force Ole Miss into decision to call their timeouts or not.

Oh well, I expect losses to Miss State/UT/UGA to follow.

I hate losing to that SMUG piece of crap Lane Kiffin.

I had to go to a funeral. I'm glad I didn't watch it. I think UK is the better team. The missed Fg,and extra point would have won the game.

I wouldn't have seen the game if I hadn't gone to my daughters house for lunch. I have DISH and she showed me where Dish wasn't going to be able to show the game (money). She has Spectrum so I did watch it. Wish I hadn't. It remin ded me of so many games I watched standing in the end zone for 8 years.

And to top all those screwups we had they missed the targeting on Levis when he fumbled. Looks like only the game announcers saw that. If the call had been made there we probably would have won even with all the poor plays we made.

Like I saidat the beginning of this year we would probably finish 9-3 at best but most likely 8-4.

I really hate losing to Ole Miss because of Kiffen. He is such an immature, lack of character, jerk. I think Ruffalo was trying too hard because of Kiffen’s comments the last time they beat us (Ruffalo missed a FG and an XP). He basically said they played terrible in the 2nd half and that’s why it was a close game. He also called out our OC for his comments about if they blitz us we’ll burn them. UK GAVE this game away. Way too many miscues to win, especially on the road.

Time to hold tryouts for a new kicker. This game is on Ruffalo and the kicking team. Do your job and we win this game despite the other mistakes. They almost cost us the Florida game and it bit us here. He makes the field goal and we are running on that last drive in the red zone. Makes me sick.

So tomorrow is Monday. It will be a red monday because of all these goof ups. Do the voters look at us and say they were a better team than they showed and maybe drop us to about 14-15 in the standings, or do they say this tream is not as good as we thought and drop us to #21? Your guess is as good as mine. Where do we deserve to be? Again, we reverted to our past years of play and where were we rated then?

We have 2 home games next. Can we win both of them and be 6-1 and maybe back in the top 10, but no way I think we will ever make the playoff picture. Ole Miss seen to that.

Can we still finish 10-2? Sure but we can no longer make the mistakes we have been making. Can Levis quit throwing interceptions and quit going down with the ball? If he is going to be one of the top 3 QB's in the draft he'll have to learn how to throw the ball away when he needs to.

All is not lost but we don't have any room for mistakes from now on.

I may be wrong but I believe I seen that espn dropped us 17 spots to 24th. We're the only team that can lose to a ranked team and drop that far.

I believe the local station said on the news tonight that we dropped to 13? I believe we can get back in the top 10 with 2 wins at home, or drop out with 2 losses.

I saw we were 13 in the AP i believe. Offensive line has to be better and we have to get our kicking group together. They almost cost us the Florida game, and played a huge part in the loss to Ole Miss. CBS sports has Levis going #1 overall int heir latest mock. If thats the case he should be throwing the ball more, and down the field more. Problem is the line can't hold up well enough. On the bright side as bad as we played we still should have beat a good Ole Miss team in their stadium. We need to beat South Carolina convincingly and then beat a good Miss. St. team. These next 2 games we really need to focus on better line play, cutting down on turnovers for sure, and get the kicking game figured out. I told my, a soccer and basketball player, to go enroll and tryout for kicker.
