Lance Ware is supposed to announce on Thursday and Terrence Clarke is supposed to announce on Saturday. Both are heavy leans to UK. Lets hope.

I see this as the most loaded class for UK in a while. We already have a couple of top kids and I am now suggesting that we will probably land another four before it's all over.

Does this look like we got our first 2021 recruit?

"""Penny Hardaway is no longer expected to see ESPN 60 wing Terrence Clarke today as buzz continues to center around Kentucky and 2020 heading into Saturday’s announcement date," Finkelstein tweeted Wednesday.

Memphis assistant Mike Miller had even reportedly rescheduled a visit with top Tigers target Jalen Green in order to make the trip to Boston.

Playing for Expressions Elite, Clarke was named All-EYBL Third Team and to the All-Underclass Team by D1 Circuit after averaging 17.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game last travel season. At the NBA Top 100 Camp, Clarke averaged 8.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists in helping lead his team to a berth in the camp's playoff championship game, making 9 of 22 three-pointers (40.9 percent) over six games.

247Sports Director of Scouting Jerry Meyer recently called Clarke one of the best shooting guard prospects he's ever scouted, comparing him to former Kansas star and top-5 NBA Draft pick Josh Jackson. Meyer believes Clarke has No. 1 overall pick potential."""

I've been told we do indeed have Lance Ware. Go Cal!

"""Four-star New Jersey prep forward Lance Ware committed to the Wildcats Thursday afternoon over finalists Michigan, Ohio State, Providence and Miami. The 6-foot-9, 215-pound forward was also offered a scholarship by Louisville.

He confirmed the commitment in an interview with PrepCircuit.com.

The 247Sports Composite, which averages the ratings of the three major recruiting services, ranks Ware as the No. 32 prospect and No. 5 power forward in the 2020 class. He is Kentucky’s third 2020 commitment, joining five-star guard B.J. Boston and four-star wing Cam’Ron Fletcher."""

This class is starting to look like we will have some guys for more than 1 year. Two of them are 4 stars at this point which means they would stick around for at least 2 years but that's not to say they won't be 5 stars by the time they get to UK. This is the benefit of not getting all 5 star players which has been happening with the top kids Cal is going after. It's not just UK and Duke anymore. There are schools like Oregon, Memphis, Virginia, Arizona, etc. that are able to snag a top 20 kid these days.

OK, so it looks like both of the signees will end up in the 2020 class. That gives us 4 for the show and I feel Cal will still get 2 or 3 more for this class. We do need at least 1 big guy and maybe now with these guys onr of the best big man will be swayed to come to UK.
