I give him credit - he did a good job of making the Bengals relevant again. But he just couldn't get them over the hump and this had been a long time coming. It's time for a new regime. They just better not hire Hugh Jackson.

Did they change the GM? If not, why would any Bengal fan think it will be the dawn of a new era? I see them being the same as always, if they don't go out and get a new GM as well.

I'm pretty sure the Bengals don't have a GM. Mike Brown runs the team - hence the problem.

The Bengals have a new coach unofficially. They aren't allowed to announce a coach currently in the playoffs. The QB coach for the Rams, Taylor is his last name, is the man that Cincy news has mentioned as new coach!
