With the 2022 recruiting cycle starting to pick up steam, commitments could be coming soon for the Kentucky Wildcats.

Of course, with commitments, there’s always other targets that UK was involved with, or is involved with, choosing somewhere else.

Per Kyle Tucker of The Athletic, Kentucky is unlikely to land both Brandon Miller, whom they’re heavily involved with and interested in, and Jaden Bradley, seen as a one-time UK lean.

With Brandon Miller, the professional route seems to be the most intriguing, per Travis Branham of 247 Sports.

“But I think it’s most likely he ends up going the pro route because it’s a big draw for him to be able to focus solely on basketball,”

Miller took an official visit to Lexington in June, in which his father raved about the UK coaching staff’s NIL pitch. However, when Miller’s father broke down their visit to Kentucky, he stated that the new NIL laws will not affect Miller’s decision on which school, or route, he chooses to take.

With Jaden Bradley, Kentucky was once seen as the leader back in 2020, but that has since gone by the wayside. Kentucky has keyed in on four guards that they prioritize over anyone else; Skyy Clark (committed), Shaedon Sharpe, Cason Wallace, and Nick Smith Jr.
