Imagine if Wilson did not get hurt. We could be running the wishbone all year. [Smile]

I like this team's grit and heart. Two more victories to end this season and I will be one proud UK fan.

I’m kind of proud of this team as well, considering they’ve played most of the year without a true quarterback. They’re predictable but most of the time fun to watch. If we win the next two games I think we have to consider this team a success by UK football standards.

We played a great game Saturday. I am hoping we play 2 more good games and end 7-5. That is where I thought we would have been before we started this season. I was wrong. We could have been at least 9-3 with our QB not getting hurt. I'll be there pushing them on for the final two games. Hope we can find something besides the usual bowl games in TN. On another note, I am considering making the Louisville game my final game. My legs and ip is starting to hurt too much from the lengthy standing that's required and I may just give my notice to the UK Athletics Dept. It's been a fun 6 years but being almost 79 I think I may need to rest these weary bones in front of the big screen.

Bama,

Dr. Tiptree says take a big dose of ibuprofen before the game and stick it out. I think you'll miss being in the midst of it all if you quit.

You may be right Tip. I've tried a couple medicines my doctor prescribed but they have done absolutely nothing. I have another RX I'm going to get the next time I'm at Ft. Knox and see if it does anything. I do hate to quit because I enjoy the crowd around me. But they aren't giving me any other sports games since last spring. I know it's all favoritism on the part of these young kids who are running the game day assignments.
