Millie and I had dinner/supper at a Bob Evans restaurant, with our youngest son, his wife and two kids last Tuesday. She started having symptoms the next day and took the test that same day. They got the results Sunday, and she tested positive. Millie and I got tested this afternoon and we both tested negative. Saying we were relieved is an understatement! I am 85 and she is an 81 year old diabetic that had open heart surgery about 15 years ago.

Norm, I have been wanting to ask you but didn’t want to appear nosy. I’m very glad for you and Millie and pray for the best with your daughter-in-law.

On a less happy note, my friend and co-workers of 30 years passed away from Covid19 yesterday. He was my age (74), no other risk factors and healthy as a horse. Gone in about 10 days.

Sorry for your loss Handy, and I'm glad you and Millie came back negative Norm. My 19 year old niece who is a student at Auburn had covid a couple weeks back. She's a very healthy teenager and covid was really tough on her. She was really sick and got pneumonia as well, she's better now, but we were really worried.
