IMO, outdoor weddings are a dumb idea. One of my grandsons is getting married today, and even though the temperatures are supposed to be near 90, they will hold the ceremony outside. They are renting a fancy venue, which is of course air conditioned, but take advantage of that? Nooooooo. Let's get married out in the humid heat.

I think outdoor weddings are very risky. You're taking a big chance not knowing what the weather will be.

The heat and the gnats should be enough of a deterrent to keep from having one outside.

Norm, What was the temperature? Hope it was comfortable and the wedding went on without any problems besides the tick.
