That isn't the half of it. Go to any airport these days, and at least 1/3 of the people have a pet with them. These aren't "service animals" trained to assist the blind. These are just pets, but the person claims they just cannot function without them.
And the airlines and airports tolerate this!
Catering to the minority is impractical and expensive. We do it everywhere now. And it will only expand over time.

Sorry Tip, but some of us need emotional support animals when flying.
Mine is a chicken. Four piece. Preferably with a biscuit.

Tip, great point. My brothers complains all the time about people who take their pets everywhere. So now every time i'm in a mall or supermarket and see someone with a dog i just have to text him and let him know.
