Herman Cain died from complications of Covid19. A good man and a good Republican IMO.

Doesn't matter what the poor man had and which may have killed him, since the virus is in the picture the hospital will get a ck fm the govt for a covid19 death...

Recent legislation pays hospitals higher Medicare rates for COVID-19 patients and treatment, but there is no evidence of fraudulent reporting.
As best I can determine, it is for Medicare patients only and is for treatment, not cause of death.
May be wrong about this but all the information I find confirms this.

I agree, MM! Trump should have never allowed Cuomo to send all of those Covid patients to the nursing homes of New York. Shame on Trump he should have better control over these Dem Governors! Especially since they can't think on their own!

I've never said that Cuomo did everything right, he made mistakes and some bad decisions, but, unlike the Chosen One, he has openly admitted that, and said if he had it to do over he would do some things differently.
That was months ago, when Covid was brand new and nobody really knew anything about how it behaved...we still don't know enough to this day.
That was when NY was being inundated with infected people flying in from all over Europe because the Trump regime took nearly six weeks to enact any travel restrictions on Europe, after restrictions were placed on China. NY was saturated with Covid before anybody knew it was even there. At that time it was China and California, China and Washington, China and Oregon...hardly no mention of Europe to NY at all.
Where is NY today? Lets talk about that...one of the lowest infection rates in the world in spite of having one of the most densely populated cities in the world. Unlike Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, etc. who had months to prepare and learn from NY's mistakes but failed miserably to do so because pandering up to Trump was more important than protecting their citizens.
Who is opening up today? Who is shutting back down?
Covid is more widespread in the US today than ever, killing a thousand Americans a day, and that is shameful for a nation as wealthy, powerful and technologically advanced as the US. A country that landed a man on the moon 50 years ago can't land a man in Europe today. But Covid-In-Chief says we are doing great and "it is what it is". So, I guess to some people all is well simply because he says it is.

I didn't say you did, MM! All I'm saying is I want to jump on the Bandwagon that Trump should be busy in a Lab somewhere finding the cure for not only Covid, but also Cancer and Diabetes while he's at it.

There, I said it! Boy do I feel better! He should be telling congress right now that unemployment should be receiving $1200 extra a week instead of $600. Since money is no object and our government really doesn't have the money to dish it out, but hey who cares!
We should blame Trump for the fact that there's no money in the federal govt. while we're at it.
We'll probably find our Govt. deficit in DJT's tax returns!

Well, that would be better than him sitting on his fat ass every day tweeting conspiracy theories, insults and watching fox news, that is, while not playing golf or attending fundraising rallies. After all, he is a stable genius that knows more about everything than anybody, even the generals and health experts.
